Where It Started
A menu built around Kolkata's street stalls.
RollCall Kitchen exists because authentic kathi rolls shouldn't be hard to find. We build every roll, chaat, and platter the way it's done on Kolkata's streets โ assembled fresh, wrapped hot, and handed over without shortcuts.
That same street-food spirit runs through the rest of the menu too โ Tangra-style Indo-Chinese, South Indian dosas, tandoori kebabs, and a bobba bar with 11 exotic flavors, all cooked to order out of our University City Blvd kitchen.
How We Got Here
From one cart to a Carolina staple.

01
A Craving Worth Solving
RollCall Kitchen started with a simple problem โ nowhere nearby served a truly authentic kathi roll. So we decided to roll our own.

02
Kolkata Street Food, Charlotte Made
We built our menu around the flavors of Kolkata's street stalls โ jhalmuri, fuchka, and rolls wrapped fresh to order.
-
03
Beyond The Roll
Dosas, biryani, Tangra-style Chinese, momos, and bobba joined the lineup โ one kitchen, built for a neighborhood that wanted it all.

University City Blvd
You'll find us at 9630 University City Blvd, Unit D โ cooking every order fresh, the way street food is supposed to be.
What We Won't Compromise On
Three rules, every single day.
Rolled to order
No pre-made rolls sitting around โ every kathi roll is assembled and wrapped after you order.
Real Kolkata flavor
From jhalmuri to Tangra Chinese, our recipes stay true to the street food they're named after.
Honest labeling
Clear veg / non-veg marks and spice meters on everything โ no guessing what you're ordering.
